How to Register

The following will navigate you to the STP 2026 registration procedure. Please read carefully the instructions below before starting the process.

For each abstract submitted, at least one of the authors must register to the symposium.
Registration is only transferable, upon notifying the Symposium secretariat.
A valid student ID or other statement is required to receive a student registration rate. This rate applies to undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students.
“Early-bird” and “regular” registration is confirmed when the payment is completed before the specified dates. If confirmation is not received within 5 days from the date of payment, please contact us (Tel.: +30 2310 223461; e-mail: info@nbesevents.gr) and/or send us the payment bank-statement. Please notify us if the payment is done by credit card owed by a different person, or the payment is carried by your institution.
“On site” payments will be accepted via credit card or cash.
Please ensure you select the correct form of receipt when completing your registration. You may choose either an invoice issued to your organization, administration, company, or institute, or a simple payment receipt issued in your own name.

The cancellation and refund policy for the STP-16 Conference is outlined below:

Conference registrations canceled on or before May 1st, 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
Conference registrations canceled from May 2nd through May 15th, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Conference registrations canceled on or after May 16th, 2026 are non-refundable.
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual upon written notification to the Conference Secretariat.
In cases where a registrant must cancel participation due to force majeure, a full refund of the registration fee will be granted.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at info@nbesevents.gr
