Invitation letters will be sent after the Abstract Acceptance deadline (February 28). Once we receive the completed Visa Support Form, we will issue an official invitation letter, which you can submit as part of your visa application process. Download the form here.
Important Note:
The STP 2026 Symposium Secretariat cannot directly intervene in the visa application process at any Greek Embassy or Consulate. Participants are responsible for ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted according to the requirements of their local Greek consular office.
